Groundbreakers are a special group of our most valued partners dedicated to helping families in need of safe, affordable housing in our community. Groundbreakers make automatic recurring donations every month to help us be successful in our mission. You choose how much to give and for how long, and you can change your amount or cancel at any time. Learn more about how you can be a Groundbreaker.

Unlike a cash gift, a planned gift is typically made in your estate rather than from your disposable income and comes to fruition after your lifetime. For many who make planned gifts, it's a way to leave a legacy by doing something extraordinary.

Donating shares of stocks or IRA contributions can offer tremendous tax advantages to you. We're happy to work with you and your financial advisor on a plan.

Donating a car, truck, boat, or plane is a great way to support our work. All net proceeds from the sale of your donation provide strength, stability and self-reliance to families in our community. The donation process is easy through Cars for Homes. You may qualify for a tax deduction (please check with your tax advisor). They'll even pick up your vehicle!

As the East Cooper community continues to grow, acquiring land for ECHFH's home projects is becoming more challenging. If you are aware of land for sale or house for sale that are in need of demolition, we'd love to hear from you!
