Construction
Volunteers with a wide range of skills and skill levels (tradesmen, skilled amateurs, and eager helpers) are required in all phases of the construction of a Habitat home. No experience necessary. |

Meal Providers
Volunteers and volunteer groups are required to provide meals for our construction volunteers. |

Development
Raises the funds to meet the goals set forth by the Board in the annual budget, makes the name of East Cooper Habitat for Humanity a household word in the East Cooper Area and creates awareness of the mission in the East Cooper Area. |

Church Relations
Works to involve an expanding number of churches in the ministry of East Cooper Habitat and maintains Habitat’s focus on witness to the gospel of Jesus Christ. |
| |
Family Support
Provides support and assistance to partner families so that they are prepared for and have the tools necessary to be successful homeowners. |
| |
Family Selection
Selects deserving families for recommendation to the Board for partnership with East Cooper Habitat for Humanity. |
| |
Land Acquisition
Works to bank a year’s supply of sites (10-12) for building, ensuring an uninterrupted operation to continue the mission of East Cooper Habitat for Humanity. |

Construction
Provides oversight to the construction process, assists construction supervisor and interacts with the land acquisition committee on land development issues. |

Special Events
Volunteers are required to represent Habitat at special events throughout the year. Volunteers are also needed to help organize fundraising and appreciation events. |
